Packing for a Quilt Retreat

I am getting organized for a quilt retreat. We leave tomorrow and will return on Sunday... I am going to be driving with two other girlfriends, so I have to remember to pack light.. I did precut fabric ( three quilt tops) and put into separate plastic bins with the pattern , its ready to sew and piece together ... Should save a lot of time. I am taking a few projects, but Im not going to overpack like I usually do. I will be making a list of what I need to have with me and then I wont be stressed about forgetting important things... like bedding or pj's. I will post when I get back.
